		<description>I&#039;m a big advocate of always taking the stairs and walking to class.  It&#039;s better for you and for the environment, and you don&#039;t have to worry about finding another parking place.  If you don&#039;t have much time in between classes or go to a school with a very large campus, I&#039;d also recommend bringing a bike and riding it from one end of campus to the other.  Also, instead of just going to the gym alone, I like to recruit a friend to come with me, or go to a group exercise class in my university&#039;s recreation center.</description>
